This band puts on a real life concert with huge video screens, one of the best light shows, state of the art sound and dedicated musicians and singers who love what they do and it shows. Lights, video, sounds, smoke, dancing and screaming fans create one of the greatest shows in the Midwest!
Award winning vocalist Amy Jo Doty and her fearless partner Shawn Connelly lead the band through a 3+-hour show filled with songs from everyone’s favorite artists. Pink, Chris Stapleton, Billy Eilish, Katy Perry, Kid Rock, Michael Jackson, Ozzy, and Guns and Roses are just a few of the bands Road Trip brings to life.
The music behind the vocals includes Dylan Morey on lead guitar, DJ Doty on rhythm guitar, Robert George Welsch Jr. on bass and Matt Gieseke on drums. These musicians take playing their instruments and performing very seriously. They not only learn the songs but they create new sounds and segues to keep the audience moving, surprised and wanting more. Every show they give 100% of themselves to their fans and to the music. Casey and Greg have been performing together as a duo for over 30 years and continue to be very active, averaging over 70 performances annually. They originally met at a Family Camp at Upham Woods.
Besides performing together (click on this red link to take you to a recent You Tube video) Casey performs solo and also currently performs at 9 AM every Saturday morning for kids and families at the Cargo Bike Shop on the east side of Madison.
